User training is an area where Telluride Helpdesk stands apart from others. Many so-called IT gurus will withhold critical information as a "company secret" or rush a job when all you wanted was a friendly pointer on HOW the problem was fixed. Telluride Helpdesk knows this isn't a magic show. We are willing to train you as we work, or in specific training sessions. We are equally comfortable facilitating one-on-one training sessions or with hundreds of participants; no job is too big or small. Training is important, especially for companies with high turnover. Telluride Helpdesk staff has three years of presentation and public speaking experience. Let us put that to work for you. We can take your tech manual and break it down into segments that are easy to understand. Part of Telluride Helpdesk's dissemination process is to assess the audience's level of comfort with technology and approach training from their understanding level.

Rates
Training at your site is billed at $75/hr with an hour minimum. Drive time is included at the same rate when called to remote areas in San Miguel County. Service Level Agreement clients can arrange to get up to a 15% discount.
